「This hotel is nice, the beach is also nice but it has several flaws. Expect that other hotel guests sitting next to you at the beach will play temendously loud music. Do not expect this as a place to rest Airplanes take off right next door, noise Wild birds eat from the buffet. Avoid the buffet to avoid any bird carried disease Pillows are terribly tall. They do not compare to the Hilton pillows for example」

「This was my second time staying here, and overall I had a great experience again. I booked a king ocean view room and it was absolutely beautiful the view was amazing. The pool area was beautiful as well, and the hotel overall has a great atmosphere. My room was clean and comfortable. Coming from someone in the cleaning business, I did notice that a deeper cleaning here and there could help in some areas, but nothing major enough to affect my stay. 「Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),...

「I loved my stay! The hotel pictures don’t do justice its do beautiful and the rooftop views and stunning! The food at the hotel was great and the drinks especially the liminoda and cafe con leche were soooo delicious! All the staff were very nice and helpful. When I go back to Cartagena I will stay here again! It’s located very close to everything. 10/10 for the stay!」
