「Issues with booking The response from Managment was unhelpful demanding and very stressful Will never stay or recommend this hotel 」

「Although older apartments, every effort has been made to modernise and provide comfort. Bed was great. Garden and amenities for kids were fantastic. Tv was La large smart tv enabling us to watch Netflix. Little things were provided to make things nicer. Our kitchen was outside so in wet and cold weather was not really useful even though undercover. We were lucky with neighbours but units are often joined together and thin walls so that noises from other apartments can be heard. Would come back...

「Great option for people exploring Bright - walk to shops/cafes, good parking, nice and quiet street. Great outdoors area if the weather is good with table/chairs/bbq. Rated as a 3 star but I would say at the top end of 3 stars.」

「The inn is a little tired and needs work. Having said this it was very comfortable and clean and the bed was very warm and cosy. There was a small kitchen and Netflix which was nice. The location is brilliant and the room was nice and quiet. Other places may be more modern but I would definitely stay here again for all the benefits and it was good value for money. 」
