「As adult ski bums, we tried out 4 Winter Park inns under $200/night in this season. Viking Lodge is our favorite and the least expensive. It is an old lodge and exactly what they advertise: a very basic room with private bath and a refrigerator. If you can enjoy an old fashioned ski lodge, this is a perfect place. 「What a cozy little place! It was very clean, but everything is pretty much out of date. No smells. Allows pets. Great view of the mountains. You have to let the water run for quite a while before it turns hot. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear pretty much everything outside and in the rooms next-door. But beyond that, you pull right in front of your door so it’s extremely convenient. We ended up staying a second night because of the proximity of the national park. Great price and...
