Great.
My room was beautifully quiet and comfortable, and the bed excellent. All of the staff I met were very friendly and helpful. I had the buffet for dinner, which was excellent. The gym is good. I had a very nice and relaxing stay.

It was worth the drive after my visit in Almería.
This hotel is amazing ! Great location in front of the beach. The buffet breakfast is delicious, so many options to choose from. So many pools. The check in process was smooth and quick, friendly service.

Very noisy place
The hotel is ok, the staff is very friendly and effective. However, norms for the COVID protection are not really enforced, in particular at the restaurant. In addition to that, the rules governing the use of swimming pools are not respected, there are children everywhere. Early in the morning the noise starts, with the cleaning staff trolleys circulating. The noise level in the restaurant is extremely high and nobody cares.

We only stayed one day, it was beautiful and the food was very good. It was off peak, and a lot of the amenities were not available. One one pool was open and the lower restaurant are were closed. The walk was a little bit of a hike to the beach. Since it was off-season, we had the beach to ourselves. The beach was very hot, the sand was dark and grainy. The view was very nice. The resort is perfect for a family in season. It has a nice laid back private feel.

Great location if you like quiet and beach. Good size room, comfy bed, nice view. Great property, grounds, pool, gardens...very nice! Door was rotting in bathroom because shower leaked so badly. Nice big bathroom. Great food at the bar, had a burger. The buffet ($16 euros) is not the greatest quality, not into casseroles and "quantity over quality" food. There are restaurants, gas stations, coffee shops, and grocerie near by. We got a great rate at this hotel, a great stay.

Racial abuse and segregated to our bedroom due to dirty looks stares (from both Male staff and guests) and asked to pay for All drinks even though we paid for half board. SERIOUSLY If you are black or indian or ethnic Not a nice or safe place to go even my daughter was call nino noir noir (ittle black girl you cant play here....FULL COMPLAINT RAISED!

I’ve been to to this hotel last year everything was perfect . So I booked again this time with my 32 yr old son asked for superior deluke room with 2 single beds when I arrived the room was small with a king size bed note my last visit the superior deluke was bigger better All round . Add reception 3 times the first time the lady appolagised as she noted the request on the booking . All that was done the double bed that 2 separate covers put on them so my son slept on the sofa bed for the price of nearly £ 400 sorry just not good enough . There was a wedding on at the bottom bar area so only one bar open in the main hotel with just one person serving again totally unexceptable . I’m sorry to say I will not book this hotel again Yours sincerly J Nield

Went there as a last minute decision due to an issue in our original itinerary that forced us to detour. The hotel and room were very nice and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. In terms of location, there isn’t much around, though. You would need to take the bus into town to see the sights and for dining options, otherwise, your only option is to eat at the hotel, which is pricey at the restaurant. We ate at the lobby bar which was a bit more reasonably priced, but average quality. For an all-inclusive vacation, it would be pretty fun since the pools are beautiful, and the beach is very close-by, plus in the one night that we stayed they had lots of activities, but if you are looking more for an adventure, there isn’t really much to do in the immediate area.

A wonderful hotel. Exceptional food in terms of quality and variety. Room was clean and comfortable. Service was excellent and transportation to local sights good. Easy access to and from the airport. Most of the guests were Spanish, an indication of the quality of the hotel. Highly recommended.

Second Time Around
We stayed here in February and liked it so much that we came back for my husband's birthday. It was so peaceful and relaxing on our last visit that we assumed it would be the same this time. Unfortunately, there were a couple of really noisy groups staying on our second visit who got louder and louder as the evening wore on. The acoustics in the bar and dining room seemed to amplify the already loud noise and it became so uncomfortable that we went to our room. Otherwise it was as good as before. The reception staff deserve particular mention as they are unfailingly helpful and welcoming, and always make each guest feel special. The chefs are also fantastic. I need a gluten free and lactose free diet and the chef on duty always found time to go through the menu to ensure that I knew exactly what was suitable. The only small criticism I had was that the shower cubicle leaked all over the bathroom floor,and the toilet roll holder looked as if a good clean would not go amiss. Otherwise, the room was great and the bed so comfortable that it was a pleasure to go to sleep!! I would definitely go back a third time.

Disappointed couple
Great bedrooms but bar and restaurant very disappointing! Only one bar and one canteen type restaurant ....... the food served was poor quality.

Views and Tranquility
This was the third hotel I stayed at during my trip. Hotel is fairly modern, everything is clean and crisp. Views of the ocean were beautiful. Staff was very nice, my Espanol is lackluster, to say the least, but I was able to make due. Most of the staff also speak English. Fun fact the room service food is decent but I am not sure they follow a standard recipe. I order two items on two different days and they were made noticeably different. When I return to Almeria I will definitely stay here again.
