I believe this was the best place to stay in Madrid. Ten minutes from the Palace, market, Flamenco dance, nice dining, metro, bus, etc.

The Atlantico surely met our expectations both as a 4 star hotel and its excellent location. The property was well maintained , the breakfast buffet well represented with a large selection and again in close proximity to many of the must do sites.

The property is overall very nicely located and easy to travel from. It was clean and the bathroom was very spacious. However the service left a LOT to be desired😖! Here are a couple of examples: once when asked the doorman to call us a cab he just pointed to the taxi driving by and said that you will find it there! How unprofessional!! Also we were leaving early for a trip so I asked them to provide some croissants or something to the room ( mind you this is a hotel that does full breakfast) and they refused since it was about 10 minutes before 7 — there usual time😟. In summary facilities and location good customer service bad!

The staff was excellent, we had two bookings three days apart and accommodate us by holding part of our luggage. In addition they were pleasant and informative. The breakfast was excellent.

The location is perfect as central to everything. This property has a slightly dated interior with some tired fittings. The breakfast was very expensive for what was on offer.
