"Solo traveler with dog. I was told the pet fee was $50/night and then handed a paper that listed it as $35/night and was to initial. When I mentioned it said $35 they said that was an old form. So they printed a new one and changed it to 50/night and had me initial. Then they said they needed a $100 incidental fee for damages the dog might do and it would be returned in 3-5 business days. I don't believe this was listed on the website. Clearly they have pet only rooms as mine the furniture was dirty and worn, the A/C did not work, the door to the balcony would not open, and the toilet was not cleaned. The area they had for pets to do their business was very small with dead grass and covered with poop. They list the facility as "smokeless" but shortly after arriving I was able to smell cigarette smoke coming in from a surrounding room. I will not be staying here again. I would have been better off at Motel 6."

"We ended up at the flagship after a different hotel we were at had mold covered bathrooms. We were skeptical but pleasantly surprised! The staff was very friendly, the view was beautiful, the bed was so comfortable, and the location is easy to find and surrounded by a lot of stores and restaurants. We didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t speak to that, but there are freshly baked chocolate chip cookies put out every evening that are delicious!"

"A good solid hotel option for a stress free business trip. Good breakfast and near other things. Most other hotel options in area are either under renovation while open (drywall dust, noise or zones of drop cloths) or should be renovated (or are emergency social stop gap housing) etc."

"We were in town for our son's retirement from the Navy and stayed with several other family members. Overall we had a pretty good stay. The rooms, we saw 5 of them with all of our guests, were pretty well maintained, clean, and well stocked. The typical shower consumables were mounted on the wall, soap at the sink, ironing board, iron, coffee maker, and TV. The balcony looked out over the bay and used “Trex” style lumber so it was clean and smooth. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of bedding and pillows. The breakfast was well maintained and there were people there refreshing the food and getting guests more drinks or handling requests that they could. There was a pretty good amount of seating at breakfast and the area looked out over the bay. They had a fantastic coffee machine in the lobby that would dispense single servings of all kinds of coffee and hot chocolate. They put out cookies in the evening during check in time and provided some complimentary bottled water to guests at check in. The small store had a few items, at a premium, as expected. The lobby had 2 seating areas to congregate both with fire places but we were informed that something was wrong with the gas so they couldn’t turn them on for us. There are some conference areas on the 1st floor with movable walls that can be configured to different size groups. Parking was fairly open and I didn’t get a real sense of how full the hotel was but typically about 50% full in the evening."

"Not super clean there was some sort of oil or grease on the nightstand. Checked in and did not receive the King standard that I reserved. Didn’t think much about it until someone tried to enter my room multiple times in the evening thinking that that was their room. I told them to go back to the office because I had checked in hours earlier the next day my room key quit working, so I returned to the office only to learn that they gave me the wrong room at check-in. They were very nice and apologized for the mixup fixed my keys because I wasn’t willing to move rooms after staying one night."

"Stayed here one night for business with a few co-workers. Have a great night The waitress in the bistro Abby was so attentive and friendly. I hope I spelled her name right. The staff acknowledged you whenever they saw you. All parts of the facility I saw were clean. Rooms are very spacious. Definitely will be back again"
