"Property itself is beautiful. The biggest issue we had, is check-in was at 4:00, and we didn't get a room until 5:30. I understand it was a sold out night, but our room also didn't feel extremely "

"A terrific time capsule hotel. The rooms have incredible feng shui — they are tremendously comfortable in their layout and the plush carpeting. Everything incredibly well maintained and clean. View is lovely. I had a great stay and want to come back later when the seasonal pool opens up. The only complaint I have is the mediocre breakfast and subpar coffee, but I understand this standard is generally viewed as acceptable in hotels. Perhaps there could be an easy improvement by introducing a Keurig cup machine? It would probably be less labor for the staff, actually."
