"Well once I'd found the place, Hotels.com directions via linked map were incorrect and took me to the wrong location via a logging track up another mountainside some 20km away, it was lovely. Apartment was clean and modern and the views were stupendous. And the food and service at Le Petit Montagnard were beautifully authentic."

"Great place to stay, just off the village square, right next to the Mont Blanc Hotel, and two minutes walk from Le Chamois Télécabine. A quiet, calm and convenient location - especially for getting on the first lifts. Could do with refreshing the cutlery and crockery as a couple of items missing, but that is the worst it gets. The only word of warning, make sure you order the bedding and towels beforehand as they are not included in the base price. "

"The ambience here is very pleasant. I had such a relaxing stay here. Made perfect with beautiful sunshine, after a week of snow and rain in the area. The room had a marvellous view over the lake towards Annecy vielle ville, which is a 15-20 minute stroll away. Lunch at the Terrace was superb value, with another fantastic outlook onto the lake. The service is calm and professional. The hotel is so close to the plage, it is rude not to go in, even though the water was icy cold. The benefits of cold water strolling are marvellous. I just need to bring my swim boots next time. It is easy to walk, run, cycle, or even take the bus, around the lake; to see pretty, lakeside villages . Lovely place, very memorable. I’m sure it is beautiful in all weather conditions. Merci, à bientît. 😃😃 "
