"Hotel shows signs of wear and tear and needs a refresh. The workout equipment is dated and needs replaced. Coffee machine was out of service. When it was opened by the staff it was filthy and needed cleaned. "

"So great! Where do I even begin? We chose this hotel for our family of four because of its excellent location and pool facilities—and it exceeded our expectations in every way. As a family that travels often, we know how hit-or-miss hotel beds can be. But not here! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were just as wonderful. I honestly slept better than I do at home, which almost never happens when traveling. The pool was another highlight. It’s huge and perfectly warm, making it an ideal spot to relax and spend quality time with the kids. We found ourselves hanging out there every day. And the breakfast bar? Absolutely awesome. There were so many fresh options to choose from. We especially loved the oatmeal station with all the delicious toppings—such a fun and tasty way to start the day. This hotel truly delivered on comfort, amenities, and family-friendly fun. We would absolutely stay here again! "

"The amenities and breakfast were good, but the room wasn't in very good condition. There was quite a bit of road noise and loud people getting ready for work, slamming room doors and talking very loudly from 4:30 am on each day. That's not management's fault, but I was very tired at the end of my stay."

"Very convenient location in downtown, right next to the theatre. Very clean, updated space. Host very responsive to needs despite being contactless check-in. Highly recommend and will stay here again if we ever find ourselves in the area again."

THE MAN at the front desk told me he never got my reservation and the he didn't even have any rooms, that i needed to contact hotel.com to get my money back and the he had been telling you guys for months to get his hotel off your website. I have booked through you guys many of times and when i contacted you via virtual chat i got no help and my money never was refunded i have been a customer for a while and will be Google reviewing you EVERYWHERE VERY POORLY LETTING EVERYONE KNOW! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. How many customers do you do this to!!"
