「Room was large and well maintained. Missing a safe to lock personal items. Housekeeping did a good job. Pool was closed for unknown reasons on Friday and late shift staff seemed not to care when we asked about it. Free continental breakfast was very bad. Imitation sausage, scrambled eggs were like pellets, bagels stale Fresh fruit and yogurt were good. Parking was secure and ample.」

「What a beautiful hotel with exceptional staff. Large room and perfect ancillary areas to drink and eat! Loved our stay!」

「不满意.停车费收了我70美元」

「Very nice place for a family to stay, close to CMU and PU campus and point of view on the hill. I will come back next time and stay longer.」

「早上和下午的免費餐點很優」

「One of the worst hotels to stay in!!! Beg bugs almost crawl to my face!!! Multiple stains on mattress!!!! The service was not good. Very bad experience! 」

「地點非常方便，房間裡的設備雖然有些舊，但維持得很好很乾淨，離PNC球場走路可到，值得推薦」

「Bath tub had some kind of glue in tub house keeper obviously couldn’t remove it had to put a towel inn bottom of tub to shower. Closet door could not close, Sink was clogged up water went down very slow. Front desk was informed. Repair emp checked closet wasn’t able to fix. I was only there for 2 nights so I bared it. I wouldn’t be staying there again .」

「After checking in, I found that there were a large area of dirty marks on the sheets in the arranged room. Unexpectedly, I didn't change the new sheets, so I had to ask to change the room! The second is that there is a difference between the charge and the order price. It is obviously more charged, and there is no email reply to the specific standard fee! The location is average and the charge is high, and you can only choose to pay for breakfast! The experience is very bad.」

「Family oriented, clean and the staff was very friendly」
