「The staff at check in was extremely helpful and VERY accommodating. The night staff was also very helpful when we needed anything. Our room was clean, but the beds, OH MY GOD the beds!!!! I never wanted to leave! The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The bedding was amazing! Breakfast was "ok". Definitely could use an upgrade for breakfast options. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.」

「Staff was slow checking us in. Gave us room key, we unloaded luggage and went to room, only to open door and find it dirty, bedding off bed, garbage sitting around, room was not cleaned yet. Had to go back down elevator with luggage to get placed in a different room on 1st floor. Coffee station was dirty in lobby with trash around it, crumbs on floor. Bed and pillows were comfortable. I woke up with several bug bites on legs. We went to checkout at 5 am, no one at front desk, just a bucket to...
