「Amazing stay!」

「Everything was good. The only one thing in our hotels I went is needs a little bit clean in showers thank you.」

「The hotel suite was updated, beautiful and fully stocked including coffee maker. It was quiet, clean and very well designed with great storage. The bathroom was spa-like and also updated. Pool was heated but too cold. That was my only complaint」

「the location is very nice, it's away from all the shopping area but directly in line on the strips, there's lots of restaurants/shopping areas. there's no shortage of that. i used to live in Pt St Lucie (exit 118 for those who know the I-95) I only picked this location because of their pool option. I did not get to utilize it as i only had 2 sunny days & 3 rainy days. the onsite restaurant is great, price is good, the happy hour is nice as well. as for the room, please keep in mind this is a pet...

「Room was great and all was good. My only complaint would be that due to a shortage of staff we never once received housekeeping and stayed 4 nights. Had to request clean towels and garbage etc was never taken care of. Not a huge deal but would’ve been nice over the 5 days. 」

「The worst thing was the hygiene of the food buffet and the service staff. They use the same gloves to serve the food, arrange the bread, mop the floor with a rag and pick up the trash from the floor. I saw a person picking up leftovers from the fried egg bowl that had fallen and putting them back in the plate…Terrible!!! Too much space in the room, can be added some kitchen tools. 」

「Everything was wonderful what a great find」

「First, there was no microwave in the room. My husband had to go to office to heat up water for our morning coffee. I found out on check-out that we could have requested a microwave??? Not sure why the guy who let my husband heat up water at 5:30 am didn't tell him that??? The pool was phenomenal. I got in there three times (it was very rainy early part of the week). Beautiful pool. Breakfasts were fine. Nothing fancy. Only got my bed made once in 6 nights. Thought that was weird.」

「We were there seven days and we had issues every single day. They are shortstaffed. We had issues with bees. We had issues with leakage. The hotel is not ready to open.」
