「Overall the house was great! We really enjoyed the beachy view/ house but I tried using the water to clean out the floor around the pool wi the the water hose and it was really broken with tape and I also don’t understand why there is t a microwave and there isn’t more things for the floors as far as the water because if there is a pool there should be a towel or something to keep from falling But overall the house was great, I enjoyed the big space and window view to the pool in the kitchen!」

「Glass all over pool back area an in pool edge went and told front desk who said maintenance would be there 3 hrs later no one showed no apologies no conversation nothing place is very runned down smells funny room was not great definitely not a hotel that should be charging 130 a night jaccuzzi not working not even water level and outside bathroom was filthy」

「Front desk staffer, Blondie (hair, not actual name), was less than friendly from check-in to check-out and every encounter in between. Breakfast staffer, William was super friendly and helpful! Very attentive to adults and especially kids. The food was good. But even if the food had not been good, William made the entire experience pleasant.」

「The property had a lot of broken items a lot of broken face. For instance, the bathtub was coming out the wall. The tap was not working properly. The shower takes a very long time to come on. The machine was not working on the list goes on.」
