「Staff was rude and not helpful. A few warnings to everyone. They charge for everything, including the coffee and creamer they leave in your room. But the most important thing everyone should be warned about is they lie to keep part of your deposit. They double charged us for our third person and they charged us for room damage , claiming we smoked when we never smoked. 「The staff here were amazing and attentive. The bungalows are cute and come with a fridge and coffee maker. Not fancy but private and very near the strip. They do get a bit chilly in the winter. The parking lot is gated and has security. We really enjoyed our trip and will be staying here again.」

There was NO HOT water at all, ran the water for over 45 minutes and NOTHING! water was all over the floor since the curtain didn't protect enough(too short). The breakfast at their downstairs restaurant was awful! My hubby eats really spicy food but the chilaquiles were UNEATABLE! He was blown away on how extremely spicy they were. They took a long time to serve us...
