「5 minute walk from the historical İzmir elevator, this was a late find and I wasn't sure if I could park there. They practically had a free valet parking. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and I loved the fact that bedroom was somewhat separated from the sitting/TV area.」

「The room condition is good and clear with just enough facilities and provisions. The buffet breakfast is good. Close to metro station. If improvement is needed, the 2 things i suggest are: the bed is too soft and the air-conditioner temperature is difficult to control.」

「I stayed from Mar 24 and check out Mar 28 in Swissotel Izmir with poor expenses below First night, when I went to bed and tried to off all lightings but I couldn’t even tried using Master Off repeatedly, finally, technician came to fix it by manipulating the setting in the in-room control panel without sorry, that was 01:00. 「The location of the hotel is great. Its close to many nice venues and the sea. The breakfast was exceptional. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was its indoor pool but it was closed dıring our stay, so we couldn't use it. Most of the staff were very helpful and nice. Thanks to the staff member who took our luggage to the room on 6th July. He was very polite and helpful during our whole stay.」
