Dün Canopy by Hilton İzmir Bomonti’de konaklama fırsatı buldum. Bir otel yöneticisi olarak operasyonel detaylara özellikle dikkat ederim; bu açıdan tesis oldukça başarılı bir izlenim bıraktı. Öncelikle marka kimliği ile yerel dokunun dengeli şekilde harmanlanması dikkat çekiciydi. Tasarım dili modern, dinamik ve şehir otelciliğine uygun. Ortak alan planlaması fonksiyonel; misafir akışı doğru kurgulanmış. Odada kullanılan malzeme kalitesi, housekeeping standardı ve detay hassasiyeti yüksek seviyedeydi. Gürültü izolasyonu başarılı, yatak konforu ve tekstil kalitesi segmentine uygun. Kahvaltı operasyonu hem ürün kalitesi hem sunum açısından tatmin ediciydi. Özellikle servis ekibinin enerjisi ve misafirle kurduğu doğal iletişim, markanın “Canopy” ruhunu yansıtıyordu.
