What pool didn’t see one The room wasn’t clean a dirty sock next to the bed tv didn’t work Wifi didn’t work Bathroom sink not clean Garlick cloves and peel in middle top drawer of sink cupboard We booked a king one bed room and got two queen beds no chairs to sit on This motel is obviously being used to house African Americans as long stay residents very loud and seemed to be partying all night Early am very loud black person walking up and down the veranda yelling down his phone stopped right outside our room There is no proper check in everyone has to stand outside the night check in window could hardly hear the person inside due to traffic and other noises Also no water pressure for the shower For a no smoking venue there was cigarette burns in the blanket Don’t know where they got the picture from for the advert as I did not see anything that looked like that We felt like we were in a ghetto and got out of there as fast as we could Would not reccomend this place at all well below standard of anything we have stayed in so far this trip

When we arrived they were unsure on what room to give me even though it had been booked in advance. Apparently they had several rooms booked with multiple workers that were cooking in front of the rooms. There was a lot of debris and noise with a lot of traffic going in and out. Water pressure in the rooms made it very hard to get a shower.

The entire hotel was unsafe. I got out my car to try to check in. They had people in front of me to check in that were under the influence they didnt even know where they were. The young lady was dressed and was behaving like a prostitute. Another lady came in and moved me over--i was in her way of a unsanitary old vending machine. At that point i left quietly and fast. I was not going to stay there. I ended up paying for another room at another hotel. I probably would have paid anything not to stay there. There were people hanging over the 2nd floor balcony calling out to me. As i left i saw hanging everywhere signs that there qe r e rooms available by the week and by the month. This motel needs to be visited by law enforcement

My flight was canceled and I was in a strange city. I went on Expedia picked a hotel that looked according to the room looked OK and the price was very reasonable. My Lyft driver cautioned me that the area was really not safe. Lots of street walkers, drug addicts, etc.. We arrived to the location, and just as the Lyft driver had suggested there were what appeared to be hookers and drug addicts loitering the property very unclean and unsafe looking establishment. The door to the office is locked, and you can only speak with the receptionist through a window and it was about 18° outside snowing raining and freezing. Expedia should be ashamed of themselves to not be more discriminatory of the properties that they represent. I did not stay at this hotel. I did not feel safe. I immediately had my driver take me to another respectable hotel. Expedia is refusing to refund my money… I shouldn’t be surprised, considering the hotel in question in Alexandria Louisiana was on their listing. Not a very integral company at all I will never utilize their services again. A.Compton

This place was very uncomfortable and disgusting I usually never do reports but this one I had too. There were roaches falling from everywhere in this room I also recorded videos of it. I will never return here again
