「The pools was nice and the restaurant was good」

「Vivian Hotel is the best place ive stayed, the staff is awesome and they have good food, I will definitely be staying there again」

「The environment is nice but the PR Manager was the worst I have ever experienced throughout my extensive travel experiences in various countries. The booking staff need to level up the knowledge in water sports. If the facility is offered by the hotel, blaming on the tide for kayak is irrelevant because of misinformation. People plan ahead not find ad hoc taxi drivers for alternatives. But going outside is the same for water sports due to location and this resort is awesome for family but not...

「No hot water in the bathroom, we had to run the bath and shower for over 25 mins each time before any hot water came, then it was only luke warm. Very disappointing. Room cleaners were not consistent with their routine answers had at ask for more water and plates etc」

「Checked in took far too long as only 1 personnel manning the large reception area. It was 8pm in the evening. The only lady was dealing with a group of 3. There were 5 others waiting. After I complained as I waited 15 minutes, she called another staff to help. Such a big hotel with almost full occupancy, as told by the staff, should schedule more at the front desk. Others like security and concierge and housekeeping were adequately manned. Should be more up front with the closure of the...
