The hotel was good, but the shuttle service was not Free as I expected, and that should be made clear. Also we waited an extra hour at the airport upon arrival even though we scheduled shuttle service the day day prior. But the staff at the restaurant were very nice and provided great service.

I like the peace and tranquil surroundings staff were helpful friendly and obliging. Room was relatively clean bedsheets felt clean but do notice a few ants on used utensils; Aircon in the room is slightly noisy and the shower head water pressure was not strong enough. Food in restaurants can be better but breakfast is above average especially the eggs cooked in many ways. Overall we like our stay my husband like the kampong feel of the non AC lobby reminded him of the old days. I give it a good 4 stars.

Shower did not work, no water either, so bath either, the shower hose wasn't fixed properly, dissatisfied with the room and view. Second night we went to the top floor restaurant, open buffet, the food was nice, I had a lot of the seafood, which tasted lovely, but the next day I began to feel unwell whilst having my spa, I continued with the the treatment all was great, During the night I had diarrhea and projectile vomiting, I was ill and wasn't fit to eat breakfast.i tried toast but I had to run to the toilet. Not a great experience, Peter Devlin from UK and Ireland

I liked the room itself but the property could have been better. The breakfast was subpar, the restaurant was nothing special for dinner. We actually went to another resort for dinner that we liked much better. It was overall decent but I won’t be booking another stay at this particular property. For the money I can stay at better places that have much more to offer onsite.
