Check in was really easy, the room was clean and everything worked as it should. Towels and washcloths were neatly stored in a convenient place, and the bathroom was clean. The bed was comfy!
All in all, a nice stay(only one night) and I would definitely stay again

Pretty slow check in and a 200$ security deposit. The unpaid 70 for the room.

After sleeping through out the night I woke up to the smell of urine on the mattress, very disappointed….🙁

Just a nasty place. The staff had a nasty attitude when explaining to me why I have to pay $100 deposit outside of my rate and putting my credit card on file. Needless to say, I will never stay here again. I reserved 2 day stay and my card was set for a one day stay. Came to the room late and was locked out. Service desk had to reset my card.

Everything is old and outdated. It was clean, if you’re short. Look closer and it’s dusty. When we checked in the was no heat in the room and it was cold. One of the beds had a huge dip in the middle and was so uncomfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was unfriendly and rude. He gave zero greeting and didn’t even look at us will checking us in.
I reserved a room with two queen beds I was given a room with two doubles just to look at the room it was clean. The next morning I was brushing my hair noticed something that fell off of my hair and stuck on my sweater I knocked it onto the lavatory took a picture looked it up it was a bedbug. The staff seemed very complacent I was told 1/2 of my money would be returned, it was not.The clerk emailed a copy of the invoice that was supposed to reflect the refund, it did not. I had to throw away my luggage and clothing for fear of bringing any unwelcome guests home with me.

Not a “breakfast “ just some packaged danish and juice machine
Waffle Maker and no butter. Cereals (choice from 2), but you have to ask for milk. Disappointing, especially when the quality inn up the street has a real breakfast. Only good thing is they don’t put $150 hold on the card for incidentals

Water temperature for the shower was low. Didn’t really have hot water. Hot tub is shut down, but the pool area was heated. Just not the pool it self.

We stay at this Hotel every time we go to Rio Rancho. We have always had a good experience. The location is convenient and there are nearby shopping and restaurant options.

This property seems very outdated. There was what appeared to be a blood stain on our comforter, and the carpet felt sticky.

Check-in service was great but when leaving in the morning we all of a sudden smelled an electrical burning smell with no smoke. I had already turned in keycard and paid. We quickly checked everything in the room and nothing was hot to the touch. I went to the man at front desk and told him I left the door open so he could come and check it out quick, but finally just left after he didn't show. Room 105, hope nothing caught fire.
