「Property was as listed」

「Lots of false information. Breakfast is not available in the restaurant. Lunch in the restaurant is not always available depends on the day. Bar doesn’t generally open until 4pm. Pool is small and indoor. Hotel is not as “grand” as they describe. Room in typical Holiday Inn. Expensive to stay there.」

「The rooms were clean and it definitely was OK. It’s just like the property outside is very dirty garbage everywhere we stayed in a non-smoking room but the whole place smell like smoke. There were people there that kept putting rocks in the doors to leave them open so they could get back in when we had a key to get into the door so I did not like that about the whole stay」

「Location was good if you want to be near the boardwalk. Room was clean, but smaller than what pictures made it out to be. Bath towels were terrible. Bring your own. Pool is a joke. So small but did provide relief with the heat. Beds were eh. Pillows thin. Would not stay again.」

「I've been coming to the jersey shore for fifty nine years. The air conditioner worked, the t v worked. The water flow in the shower was good too. But let's be honest, we're not looking for a lavish apartment or hotel room. We were there for the boardwalk and the ocean and beach and it did not disappoint.」

「The pool is OK. Some things worked,some things didn't. The wifi is mid at best. Great location though! The staff was friendly and helpful. Low end,but definitely one of the lowest prices.」

「Stayed 3 nights with family, children included. We go to Surfside Motel annually, sometimes twice a summer. The owners and staff are always friendly and helpful. My children and their friends enjoy the pool. It’s located on the main ocean block. Across from the boardwalk and Lucky Leo’s. It’s a Jersey Shore motel so that’s what you need to expect. But totally worth a stay!」

「No working TV for World Cup game. Happy Hour not available in all 3 bars only the inside one. Hotel needs to be updated ie carpets. Elevator etc Staff are very nice, especially roof top」

「As soon as we got to our floor, the second floor, we were hit with the smell of cigarette smoke despite it being a non-smoking floor (maybe even hotel?). Throughout the night we kept getting whiffs of cigarettes throughout the room. The most concerning part, under the bathroom counter there were glue traps for mice and other bugs and insects which leads me to believe it’s not the cleanest, most maintained hotel.
