「My first room had a real bad mildew smell. I advised the front desk and they changed my room and it was perfect. Since I paid for a higher floor but switched to a lower due smell they also provided late check out. Great service!」

「I ordered online, it shows all rooms have kitchen, but the one I lived didn’t. There wasn’t even a sofa in the room! The guy who checked us in wasn’t very friendly, I mean cold. Maybe he was not happy that day. As a over two hundred dollar room (including tax), I feel a little bit disappointed! Only thing good is it’s very convenient to get to the beach. 」

「Stay on the 4th floor facing the ocean for the best views. It was spectacular. Walking on the beach is so relaxing for me. Breakfast had everything we needed for a good start. Housekeeping wasn’t efficient and had to call for TP and drinking cups, and towels. The ocean experience made up for all.」

「This is probably one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed at. Staff was very kind and accommodating to our needs and let us know everything we needed to know about during our stay. The hotel itself was beautiful and very well kept. Sheets were clean along with the bathroom, balcony and suite entirely. Area around the hotel was very quiet for us and it’s nice to be away from the main point of VA Beach. We definitely will be back to visit again soon! 」

「Tiki bar, outdoor seating, pool and beach all nice. Food and drinks are good and prices reasonable. Parking was easy and plenty of places nearby for food, entertainment and trinkets. Dislike. You can hear everyone in the rooms and on the street. I had street view room. Hotel needs some updates. Staff helpful, friendly and nice.」
