"smoke alarm was removed with wires hanging from ceiling. bed sheets were filthy. asked to switch rooms, which they did. the bed was even more dirty and the mattress protector had brown stains all over it. electrical outlet plate was gone, leaving the outlet and wires exposed. asked for a refund."

"I did no laundry nor drank at the bar. People who did were always smiling so I assume everything was fine."

"Internet didn't work - the entire hotel smelled of pot, staff was rude. I was unable to contact Holtels.com because there was no pin # associated to my reservation. Not able to talk to a human only an AI that required a pin that I did not have. i had to stay at another motel and spend another $800.00 i will never use Hotels.com or stay in a WoodSpring Suites or anything that belongs to Radison. This experience has been terrible.t"

"Everything seemed nice and clean at first glance. Once in the room, it was small. Not a ton of space to put your bags. Luckily we both had a small overnight bag so didn’t need much room. The walls are THINNNNN. You could hear everything. Someone dropped something a room over, definitely could hear it. Conversation at a regular level in the hallway could be heard from the bed. There’s no lock on the bathroom door. It just slides closed. It was close to the funny bone so we decided to stay here. We didn’t hate it but we likely wouldn’t stay again. There’s no microwave or coffee maker. We paid for the breakfast but you had to go to the front desk and put in an order. We didn’t find that out until the next morning. Everything had prices like we still had to pay. We could have found someone and asked but it felt like a hassle. Maintenance left some tools n stuff in our room, not a huge deal. Bartender seemed nice. When coming back to the room around 1am we had to be let in by the front desk because the room key wouldn’t work at the door. Front desk person could see we had our hands full but she was on the phone having a personal conversation. Check in and out was very easy. Day time people were very pleasant. "
