「The hotel is about 20 - 25 minutes from Bolzano center, its in Collepietra, Trentino-Alto Adige. The room we had was spacious, as well as the bathroom, (we love the heated floor in the bathroom), comfortable bed and good wifi reception. The hotel has restaurant and own parking. 「Just got back from a stay at Hotel Excelsior in the Dolomites and honestly, it was perfect. The sauna area was really nice and relaxing after a day out exploring. Food was excellent across the board, from the breakfast spread to the salad buffet at dinner. Staff is outstanding -- my dinner waitress [Isamel] speaks 5 languages fluently, has a Masters degree in international business, and is very easy on the eyes. 「Such a wonderful place! It’s so clean, very well taken care of and you can tell they care a lot. The room was so cute, the beds and pillows were so comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size. We don’t get to enjoy the sauna or hot tub, but it looked wonderful! It’s in a great part of town with very easy access to Ortisei via a bus stop right down the street. The room also comes with free bus passes to get around. The breakfast in the morning was great! Plenty of options and a coffee...
