「Desk staff are friendly and willing to help however they are not careful in handling things. They took a wrong registration paper for me and I had to ask twice to change back to my own registration paper. In addition, I was quite disappointed that the airport transport driver didn't show up and I had to take a taxi to the hotel. (I waited 10 minutes so obviously he was late, the driver should be there before passenger arrival)」

「Reinhaldet var heilt perfekt. Hyggeleg betjening. Dei kunne svært lite engelsk, men vi kommuniserte via KI. Frukostrestauranten var ei slags kantine. Veldig eksotisk konsept for ein nordmann. Enormt utval av mat, men alt var ferdigretter som du måtte peika på, så la damene bak disken opp på ein tallerk til deg. 「Overall the hotel was good value for money. Room was clean. Buffet breakfast was adequate with s reasonable choice of foods. The one thing that lets it down is the noise from the nightclub which goes on until the early hours. Definitely bring ear plugs」
