A very modern hotel reminiscent of Dubai however was more like a mausoleum, very few guests and many staff!
Dining was limited to a restaurant on the 9th floor where food was bland and expensive or the ground floor lobby bar where the food was interesting....how can you not cook a burger or Chicken Kiev correctly?
Rooms were so hot set at 28C complained 3 times and told they were winter settings and couldnt be altered!

Always choose this hotel ! The best option you can have ,everything is close ,shopping ,dining etc.We enjoyed weekend with my family .Spa is just perfect ,staff is amazing.

Overview We have a good time. However, it is not five stars hotel. UnfoUnfortunately, we were disappointed by the pool and SPA services. The steam room does not have steam at all. The pool has so much chlorine, and the towel is limited. One remarkable thing is breakfast. Don`t pay extra money for Longe Club. It is not worth it at all.

Too many unfortunate incidents happened, Staff managed to add more to our already ruined staying in Hilton Astana , But as i stay more i learned that i should blame the staff The Hotel Manger lady needs to learn her self first how to do her job then try to train staff ! Our last day we are checking out when we look at the bill we were charged for mini bar that we never used anything from it we were charged for interest that supposed to be Free Still didn’t receive any refund for these charges! Lost all my trust to the Hotel ! All this things happened to us can’t be coincidence! They managed to ruin everyday of our stay and the Manager lady offered us Free taxi to Airport about 15min drive . I wish she didn’t even offer that made us even more upset! I spend fairly good enough money for my stay food drinks massage i would not mind to spending more but not worth to spend there , The manager lost us forever we would be keep coming back to the Hotel unfortunately we won’t! Everyday something is happening to us not supposed to happen She didn’t even bother to come to apologize her self instead offered taxi ride thank you great way of running business.Congratulations you lost potential future regular customers i would do my company meetings there too but now i ll take my business somewhere else. Thank you again you could not ruin more that some guests stay!
