"Hotel was dirty and in disrepair. There were people living there full time with many dogs. Also the breakfast was minimal. Would not stay there again."

"We chose this hotel over cheaper options mainly because it advertised a spa. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told that the sauna wasn’t working and wouldn’t be fixed anytime soon. That was extremely disappointing, as the spa was the main reason we were willing to spend more money to stay here. Had we known, we would have chosen a more affordable hotel that at least included breakfast. What made the situation worse was that the staff didn’t seem particularly apologetic and didn’t offer any kind of compensation or gesture of goodwill, such as complimentary breakfast. The room itself also had a few issues. It was on street level, and the blinds were quite see-through, so we could clearly see the lights from passing cars and people outside, which made it feel less private and disrupted the atmosphere. There was also no hair dryer in the room, we had to request one after arriving. Overall, the stay didn’t meet our expectations, especially considering the price we paid. Because of this experience, I wouldn’t stay here again and will be seeking a partial refund."

"Didn’t even spend the night there. The conditions were terrible. I got a key that was supposed to open the door and it did not open the door. I was standing outside for 510 minutes freezing. Then I overheard rumors that the cops were there the night before and they might come again for other people. This is not a safe environment. People were digging cigarette butts out of the trash did not feel safe. "

"First i wouldn't have picked this hotel if i knew it was going through renovations. The rooms were run down and i had to ask multiple times to get my room cleaned and ask for toilet paper. This is probably the worse of the marriott properties i have stayed at"

"Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Homeless shelter next door was rowdy around midnight but they haf security and I had no issues! "
