「Terrible service - The reception lady was extremely unhelpful and showed zero sympathy to me, an ill guest. I got fever and was very sick. Thus, I wanted to order room service (even though my room is right next to the hotel cafe - you can picture how uncomfortable i was). When i dialled the number on the menu, it got to the reception. 「Great hotel lovely and clean great staff. Had a bit of an issue with a leak in the bath but was sorted in minutes.says 3 star but should be a 4 in my opinion, the only things that could be improved is a kettle in the room instead of a espresso machine as not all people like espresso. The bed was really comfortable and the breakfasts were really good with plenty of choice. Had a drink at the bar twice but lacked atmosphere, could of done with a little quite background music maybe Spanish...

「Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Hostel war sehr runtergekommen. Das Waschbecken war nicht mit fest an der Wand. Die Spiegel sind angelaufen und lösen sich vom Glas. Schimmelgeruch in der Badezimmer, mehrere Kakerlaken mit den man zusammen Duschen ging nur morgens, da sonst di Luftfeuchtigkeit so hoch ist, dass nicht an schlafen zu denken war. Klimaanlage kaputt. Meinen Bettnachbarn ist das Lattenrost kaputt gegangen, beim Wechsel haben wir aus dem anderen Etagenbett das Lattenrost genommen,...

「Cela commençait dès le départ, nous avons eu un problème au niveau du chauffage, c’est-à-dire qu’il ne sait pas enclencher et qu’il a fallu attendre le contact de l’hôtel pour le déclencher à distance. Nous sommes restés plus d’une heure à attendre que le chauffage se déclenche à distance par le propriétaire et le temps que cela chauffe. Nous avons passé la fin d’après-midi et la soirée à 17°. De plus, l’appartement était nettoyé Schuurmans, nous avons croisé les femmes de ménage sans aspirateur...

「Quite literally the best place I’ve ever stayed on holiday by far. Beautifully furnished, cleaned and so cool after a whole day outside in 40 degree weather. 「地理位置十分方便，無論購物或觀光都可以步行到達，酒店兩旁除了傳統西班牙餐廳外，係有中國菜及日本菜選擇。 但酒店設備裝置不太完善，浴室淋浴間漏水到外面，抽氣扇換氣量不足，洗澡後牆壁及地面會出現水漬，洗面盆冷熱水安裝位置錯誤，容易被熱水灼傷。 入住時前台建議用10歐羅升級套房，可惜房間是2樓和窗戶是向着後巷，完全不能享受西班牙冬日陽光及戶外環境。 但整體感覺良好，建議大家可以入住。 」

「房間寬敞，設備維護不錯，房間是4人房，有上下2層，都有衛浴，還有個小陽台，不過洗澡水壓比較弱，會忽冷忽熱，其他都不錯。早餐還可以，一般的西班牙早餐。」
