「Terrible service - The reception lady was extremely unhelpful and showed zero sympathy to me, an ill guest. I got fever and was very sick. Thus, I wanted to order room service (even though my room is right next to the hotel cafe - you can picture how uncomfortable i was). When i dialled the number on the menu, it got to the reception. The reception lady insisted me to dial the number again, which i did and it is the same. First, the lady told me she did not know the room service number -...

「Very kind staff, clean room in a nice area with lots of nearby hotels and bars」

「A bit far away from the places of interest (about 15 mins walk). Room is clean. Bed and linen are soft and comfortable.」

「Lovely hotel. Great location.」

「Perfekt gelegen.

「Quite literally the best place I’ve ever stayed on holiday by far. Beautifully furnished, cleaned and so cool after a whole day outside in 40 degree weather. Ana was there to greet us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the place. I booked it very last minute but it did not disappoint. Perfect location too as it was only about 10 minutes away from everything we wanted to visit. Communication was very rapid too. I could not recommend this place enough. Thank you Ana and your team for...

「Excelente localidad」

「Hotel staff was really friedly. However, our room while we checked in that we found out the room had malfunction air condition and safe box. The problem could not resolve in two days and ask to change a new room.」
