"The room was spacious and clean. The shower was a bit weird. I had warm water for 30 seconds and then had to wait another 30 seconds to a minute to get another 30 seconds of warm water. Also the shower is not very sealed, so my bathroom was under water after every shower. This might be by design since there is a drain in the middle of the bathroom. "There was a misunderstanding during checkout. The staff didn’t address or try to resolve the matter and asked me to contact expedia instead. There was no hot water in the shower. I called the receptionist to inform them, I was told to wait until 9am the following morning for the maintenance, no one came. I went down late morning on the second and last day requesting to change rooms. Lack of communication, follow up and customer service."
