「Fantastic hotel! Great staff, friendly, accommodating and so helpful. Great breakfast and dinner options. Pool area was great, house keepers around the pool are very helpful. Couldn’t fault the hotel. Room was clean and spacious - we asked for extra water, hangers and few other things. Everything we asked for was delivered within 10 minutes or less. Definitely going to stay again on our next trip. Fantastic for families aswell - we had our 14 month old with us」

「​Congratulations W Dubai Hotel , ​My wife, son, and I stayed at your hotel for 6 nights for a family vacation, occupying two separate rooms (2+1 people). After the first night, we opted for a paid upgrade and moved to even more beautiful (though slightly smaller) rooms. ​In one of our rooms (where my son stayed alone), housekeeping was done perfectly every day. For the other room (the one my wife and I shared), we intentionally kept the red "Do Not Disturb" light on and hung the "No, not yet"...

The staff are excellent with special praise to the housekeeping and lobby staff, so helpful and pleasant. 「Everything was perfect. We were very happy with the services, the breakfast, the room, the outdoor pool, other facilities and the beautiful sea view! The resort was very well maintained. It's about a half-hour drive from the airport. You can also take the monorail to visit the Nakheel mall and the Atlantis waterpark on the Palm Jumeirah island.」

「Stayed at Arabic Court. Unique and incredibly beautiful feels genuinely like an Arab palace. Very exclusive feel. Never felt crowded. Service from check in to pool to restaurants was outstanding.
