「Exceptional hotel, excellent staff and a really enjoyable stay」

「At a superficial level, this hotel is stunningly opulent with regular use of water features. I walk with the aid of a cane because of balance issues and the hotel offered too many risks of falling. As a result I didn't use the spa or plunge pool in my room. Staff were consistently brilliant. My room had 6 component and was spotless.」

「It has the potential to be very good. The property size is very good and the gardens are all private and not over looked. The issue is it needs a lot of refurbishment. Nothing totally fundamental but to give you a theme we had a 3 bed villa. None of the doors properly close so you get bugs coming in at night you’re not careful. 「If you drive, do NOT stay this. No car park there although it said they have. Only a public car park on the street and I need to wait for halt hour for the parking as the public car park is very busy and lots of local people will lock your car and asked for money.」
