「At a superficial level, this hotel is stunningly opulent with regular use of water features. I walk with the aid of a cane because of balance issues and the hotel offered too many risks of falling. As a result I didn't use the spa or plunge pool in my room. Staff were consistently brilliant. My room had 6 component and was spotless.」

「It has the potential to be very good. The property size is very good and the gardens are all private and not over looked. The issue is it needs a lot of refurbishment. Nothing totally fundamental but to give you a theme we had a 3 bed villa. None of the doors properly close so you get bugs coming in at night you’re not careful. The staff were so friendly, the breakfast was amazing and plentiful and the daily afternoon snacks were much appreciated as were the dates, cookies and fruit left each day in the room. The staff working there are very attentive and friendly and the rooftop terrace is a very relaxing place to spend the evening.
