"Decent hotel not too far from AMM airport. Hotel front door downstairs is not easy to find when you first arrive so it is on the right side of building. I parked in a dirt parking lot down the right side of hotel. No elevator so be prepared to take your luggage up a couple flights of stairs. We rented a family room with a balcony but door was locked with a key they couldn’t find so we couldn’t use balcony. Loud prayer speaker outside windows. "They gave us all only 1 towel each. When we asked for more towels, they told us they don't give out more towels because people steal them. We asked them for soap and tissues because they gave us the leftovers of the guests before us, and they didn't seem too happy to do it. Checkout online says 10:00 but they wanted us to leave at 9 because they said other guests are coming and might arrive while we are still there. So weird and rude! But overall the actual villa is beautiful and the hot spring...

There were men hanging around outside the bedroom door so as a party of female travellers it felt really unsafe. "Hotel was somewhat luxurious but sorely lacking in info. There was no hotel binder, TV channel, or QR Code in room with hotel information. So I had to call reception to find out how to use the safe (no info on safe); where the pool was located and whether towels were supplied or if I had to bring my own; how to operate the AC/heater; how to locate the parking lot, etc., which I am sure was as annoying to them as it was to me. Particularly galling was that there was a required room check at check out time (again, no info on this in room) so I was delayed at check out time, which was concerning because I was on my way to the airport."
