Location,suite size, price, stuft,housekeeping team, and breakfast are very good. The suite has everything you need but the living area has scraps sofa and chairs (not only too sagging but you feel the wood when you sit on it ) when I complained about that they offered me to change the suit but they said all rooms like this . One more disadvantage is the shower pressure is weak. Bery helpfull stuff but bad management.

The bed was too stiff and not a king size even though it looked like it was in the “deluxe” pictures. It fits almost a person and a child in size. The kitchen was a disappointment because it had nothing in it. And then when we asked for kitchen supplies they gave us few stuff. Not what you expect when you pay for a deluxe room price

A Jordanian experience!

We were at Viola for 10 nights. The aircon stopped working nearly every day - generally restarted by opening and closing the window (no idea why that worked) Breakfast was good from a local viewpoint, but the lack of cereal was missed by us Westerners. The room keys also stopped working daily and had to be replaced daily. The free bottles of water each day were much appreciated.

Great place to stay!

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Location was excellent on Gardens street very close to Shmeisani Area, Safeway Supermarket and Abdali Boulevard. Breakfast provided had an excellent international appeal as well as a variety of local dishes. The premises were spotless at all times. I highly recommend it!
