Checked in to what was a room that had been used by someone else and not cleaned. All owner was going to do was change the bed sheets. Awful. There were men hanging around outside the bedroom door so as a party of female travellers it felt really unsafe. We didn’t stay the night because of these things. - also, not convenient for airport of much else.

Hotel staff were smoking as we walked into the lobby to check in. A group of men looked at us strangely, thank goodness my husband was Jordanian and could communicate with them in Arab. Hotel room was big a spacious but the lobby was cold. The heat vents made a lot of noise. The room was not cleaned at all during our one week stay. We had to ask for room service each day as well as towels and toilet paper. They forgot to give us toilet paper on more than one occasion after having asked for it. The toilet and showers were not disinfected at all during our stay. The ceiling had water damage and was peeling, thank goodness it wasn't over our heads in bed! The price was good but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wow!!! Very friendly staffs and owner... helped us in every single way possible . Rooms are new and clean. We started with one day and extended our stay for another 2 days here. It was a good 2 bedroom They helped me to book cab and also things to see around amman

Satisfying Stay

It was perfect for me. Comfortable bed, kitchen with utensils and sofa and TV with English. Staff and manager were friendly and helpful. It’s especially perfect for families and group travelers because of the kitchen and living area.
