「Very happy with the Business Center - small, but very much to the point. Nice location next to the Alandalus Mall. I thank Anwar, Jibom (sorry for misspelling) and Faris who helped me with my suitcases at the check-out, the personnel at the Reception very welcoming, and Mahmoud and Shaheed who cleaned my room for 2 weeks. Overall, I am satisfied with the Alandalous Mall Hotel. I would stay there again next time if my business is in that part of Jeddah.」

「I couldn’t fault the hotel — it was perfect. We travelled from Scotland on an overnight flight and arrived very early, around 9 a.m. Although check-in was at 3 p.m., the staff kindly allowed us to check in early so we could rest, which we really appreciated. I was visiting Jeddah for my niece’s wedding, and the whole experience was wonderful. 「This is a very good hotel in the Al Salama neighbourhood of Jeddah. I was allowed a slightly early check in by fron staff, Samih, who was very kind and considerate. On the day of my check-in, however, there were wifi range issues. But Faazil, the IT manager fixed it well after some follow ups from my end. The breakfast staff was very welcoming. Food was okay; the staff at the live counter were very prompt. It's an easy location for Uber drivers to find. There's an Al Baik takeaway store right...
