From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed so warmly and recognized as VIP guests, which immediately made us feel very special. To our surprise and delight, our room was beautifully decorated with flowers, thoughtful snacks, and a delicious anniversary cake. This personal touch set the tone for a truly unforgettable holiday. A heartfelt thank you goes to Shankar, Merilen, and Jemna for their outstanding care and attentiveness throughout our stay. We also want to recognize the wonderful Club Lounge team—Marian, Anna, Aliyaa, and many others whose names we may not recall—who consistently went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel like part of the InterContinental family. Every detail of our stay was handled with such thoughtfulness, and it was clear that the entire team takes great pride in making their guests feel valued. The combination of excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and heartfelt hospitality made our anniversary celebration truly unforgettable. "Lovely hotel with fantastic staff, great location and brilliant pool and facilities. The complimentary shuttle bus is also a great way to see some sights. The only thing to be aware of if you’re not travelling on business is the on site restaurants / bars are very expensive, especially when the multiple taxes, fees and mandatory service charge have been added on."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Aloft Hotel Muscat. From arrival, the hotel impressed us with its welcoming atmosphere, spotless cleanliness, and beautiful fragrance. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. The lobby and entrance areas are inviting, with books, a pool table, and foosball. The pool area features fun décor, tables with built-in chess boards, and a variety of games. Facilities like the sauna, jacuzzi, and gym made it easy to relax and stay active. Ample car parking made arrivals and departures very convenient. We opted for half board and were delighted with the food. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including delicious omelettes by Chef Rahul and delightful pastries and cakes by Chef Nabil, which made both breakfast and dinner even more enjoyable. The hotel’s central location is convenient for touring Muscat. While the surrounding area is still developing, it promises to become more vibrant over time. The highlight of our stay was the incredible staff. Led by their captain Ali, every team member went above and beyond. Special thanks to Rahma, Leira, Molka, Ganesh, Puspendu, Tobi, Abutalib, Adesh – and the hardworking housekeeping staff, who kept our room immaculate. I hope I haven’t forgotten anyone, as every member of the team was outstanding. Aloft Muscat exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would not hesitate to return.
