「We enjoyed our stay, thought the food and the overall aesthetic of the resort were top-notch. Aiden and Alfred helped us immensely with our day to day reservations, the restaurant staff were all incredibly kind and the nightly entertainment options were wonderful. We would recommend this property to others and agreed that we would consider coming back another time. However we were both very disappointed that we were not able to enjoy the beach/ocean at all and that we were not informed...

「We stayed on the main floor and it feels like it’s our own house on the beach. Luckily no one was around so it feels very nice and private. The 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms were wonderful for layout and the common rooms of kitchen/living room and dining room were great for all of us to spend time together. The beach view was wonderful but the sargassum just ruined the experience as we couldn’t use the beach at all as there was so much weeds on shore and in water despite the staff hauling...

「We had our first family holiday here and got engaged. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond for us and made the engagement so special. The quality of the food in the restaurants is truely exceptional and we were blown away by the kindness of all of the staff. Truely not one complaint. We went to a 5* hotel in playacar for the last 5 nights just for a change of scenery and wish we had just stayed here as the service did not compare!」
