「4/5 Cleanliness - Generally very clean and tidy, but some of the cookwares had leftovers. 3/5 Communication - Contactless throughout, emails from the guesthouse provided all necessary info before you checked in. Communication was efficient but no service provided effectively. We couldn’t find the on-site manager in our 8-day stay. 4/5 Room Condition - Very nice. New. Some mechanics noise from time to time. 5/5 Location - Perfect location. Popular day tour gathering points and public bus stops...

「Wonderful! The apartment was spotless and well-appointed and the location could not be beat. Steps away from rainbow street, the cat cafe and the grocery store, it was basically a 5 minute walk to anywhere you wanted to be! We did not experience any super loud noise but it did get warm, something we were prepared for. Will 100% stay here on our next trip to Reykjavik.」

「Great location ! Only 1 negative is this. Being that there is only 1 window that opens I believe it would be helpful if a fan was provided to help with the circulation. When I was there it was 82°. It was a little difficult sleeping without air movement. 」

「Place was very nice, only thing lacking was communication. I reached out prior to visit along with during visit regarding a late checkout, but never heard back until I tried and reached out to a different source. Hotel was very nice and equipped with everything we needed, would gladly stay again!」

「This hotel rocks, it has everything that every traveller needs. Wash machine plus dryer machine, cook, fridge..etc. the heater and hot running water are strong enough to keep you warm too. Id really like to staying with ice apartment again. It’s only 2 mins walk distance to centre and your information, 5mins walk to pick up station even. 1 min walk distance to get vietnams food. 」
