The hotel appears to be under revitalization by the owners. The room we stayed in was very good. It looked to have recently been updated. The beds were okay, the air conditioner was great. Everything about the stay was great. The room was clean, housekeeping came by every day to see if I needed anything. I didn’t participate in the breakfast, but was offered it during check in.

Hyatt House Augusta Downtown
Love the parking elevator access directly to the room, rooftop bar is underrated. Walking distant to shops and local eats. Room was perfect, bed was comfortable. Didn’t access as much as I wanted but this will be the only place I stay whenever I venture back to Augusta.
