I did have to ask maintenance about the heater and in the morning there was a snafu where there was no hot water, but could not complain because the area, the view, the staff were all amazing."

They were gracious to tell us about the area and the history of their resort like grounds. I would highly recommend a stay here, the bonus is a horseback ride through the coffee farm, and a tour of the exotic animals in their rehabilitation area. A spacious grand restaurant and hearty breakfast to start the day. They also operate the Alicante Hot Springs just down the road, that also a wonderful stop in our travels."
