「The entire hotel has been neglected and running at minimal cost. The pool was closed with no intention of opening during our three night stay. Ice machines broken and coffee machine. Breakfast was minimal with no bagels, fruit, even bowls for cereals. The elevators inspection date was overdue almost one year. 「The room was freezing when I arrived and it took hours for it to warm up. There was NO coffee with the continental breakfast. The staff was nice. The room was ok albeit unacceptably cold.」

I travel with ear muffs and they were needed. But did not hear any other guests which was great!」
