We love that its right off the interstate, and tucked away on a side street that doesn't get a lot of traffic. Ample parking, room was clean, bedding was fine, bathroom was clean.

I believe that they are making improvements to this property but it’s just not there yet. Our first impressions were that the place is very run down. The couch in the room was sagging and covered with a couch cover like you would purchase on Amazon. The pillows on the bed were about half the size of a regular pillow. After spending a little time in the room I could see that parts of the bathroom have been upgraded and the floors around the bathroom were newer. The room also appears to have been painted recently. The room was clean but the run down or older parts give an impression that it’s not. The beds were comfortable. Sadly the condition of the property is typical of a lot of places in New Hampshire. Our son goes to PSU and we have stayed at most of them in this area. I’m not sure that we would choose this property again unless we needed to. Staff were friendly.

The hotel has a new owner who is making improvements. The noise is almost unnoticeable at present. Seldom staff at the desk but sufficient at this tme. Part of parking is acoss the street but in about a dozen times crossing I never had to wait for vehicles. Quiet evening and night and a good breakfast.
