「Hotel reception was over the top friendly. Our room was lovely and very large. We ate at the restaurant twice in the evenings and both meals were very tasty. The restaurant staff could have a bit more friendly. I had a massage and a facial. The massage was wonderful. We would stay there again.」

「Whilst the hotel is nice, it is somewhat dated and could certainly do with a renovation. The mattresses on the sun beds most certainly need replacing. And there is a desperate need for more parasols. The biggest downside of this property is the service. To say the level of service is poor would be being kind. There is no urgency in any interaction and you are constantly left waiting. Whether that be for a member of staff to come over, waiting at least 30 mins around the pool area for a drink or...

「Kamer ruim en volgens verwachting. Niet echt in inspirerende wijk, maar voor een nacht prima. Wel op loopafstand van strand en koninklijk paleis. Ontbijtbuffet uitgebreid. Personeel vriendelijk en transfer naar vliegveld snel geregeld. 」

「Nice apartment hotel, convenient small kitchen, nice pool. There is a on site gym ( small fee ) quite well equipped. Short walk to beach.」

「The apartment was high quality. Cleanliness was average. Poorly equipped with cutlery, no cups or large drinking glasses. Two of the 3 basin taps were broken and unstable. Room was serviced only once in 2 weeks and only after it was requested.」

「Clean room although very bare. Only a bed & a couple of prayer mats. No where to hang clothes. It was quiet but had no ambience. Staff seemed friendly & helpful but difficult to communicate due to language barrier. Breakfast was hit & miss depending on what time you went. No drinks facilities - even for water after breakfast.」

「Kamers netjes en schoon. Zeezicht is aan te raden, als je niet meteen in de drukte wilt zitten. Eten is goed. Vooral het ontbijt. Lunch en diner gevarieerd. Het Marokkaanse restaurant is erg goed. Locatie is heerlijk aan de boulevard en het strand. Wat winkels en shops op loopafstand. Zwembad is leuk. Animatie is er wel, maar geen gepush en overdag op de achtergrond aanwezig. Avond programma is gevarieerd. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam」

「The views are great, but unfortunately that’s about the only positive. The AC didn’t work, the room phone didn’t work, and the toilet leaked. When I reported it, the front desk staff said they didn’t believe the toilet was leaking. I was told to wait for maintenance, but after an hour no one came because of a shift change. They moved us to another room, but the phone still didn’t work. The hotel isn’t as clean or as nice as it looks in the photos. Breakfast was also disappointing.」
