「I felt the facility was somewhat dirty. The carpets haven’t been cleaned in a very long time. When I got out bed, I put my flip flops to walk about the room because of the dirty carpet. Some updating is needed along with new carpet.」

「It is in a less than desirable neighborhood. Random people walking through the parking lot and working on their vehicles changing break pads and rotors. Bullet proof glass in the vestibule to check in. Vending machines and ice machine were out of service. Short & curly hairs on the “clean” sheets. Back of toilet seat lid had fecal matter stuck on it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.」

「Everything about this stay was excellent. The breakfast was surprisingly upscale, so much better than what I have been used to. The room was great. The pillows were numerous. Location was perfect and parking easy. But my check in was a problem. There was one woman covering the front desk. And she was gone for 30 minutes so I could not check in. There was another staff member, a man who was a bar tender just ten feet away from me who just sat and ignored me. When I asked where she was, he said...

「Was pretty and clean. Bed was a bit too soft but I realize that is a preference thing. Breakfast was better then most. I’d stay again.」

「This is a boutique hotel nested in a quaint downtown community of Montgomery where you can safely stroll to bars and restaurants nearby. It’s not a big hotel but is artfully decorated high-end vintage style. Outside each floor elevator is a microwave, bagged ice and taps offering filtered water and sparkling water. 「Stayed for eight nights and there were no bagels after four days in. The food attendant did feel free to hang around the clerk at the front desk though. The coffee was weak and flavorless. Everything seems worn and in need of repair or refreshing. Tiles in the toilet/shower area were loose. It felt as if I would step wrongly and dislodge them. The front desk clerks were indifferent. I felt lectured.」
