"Nice hotel conveniently located on the Jersey side and only a short ride to the Manhattan Cruise Terminal. The rooftop bar and restaurant had stunning views of Manhattan and great food and drinks. "

"We booked a 1-night stay through Hotels.com. We arrived late at night after my performance. We were given a room on the 2nd floor, promptly unpacked, and went to bed as I had a matinee performance the next day. Shortly after putting out the light, we were disturbed by the sound of a tram rolling by loudly. This continued the whole night. Turns out the track was right outside our window. Even with a white noise app, there was no getting away from the periodic rumblings—and yes, vibrations—of the tram service. We were too tired to get dressed and ask for another room after unpacking all our things. We tried to sleep but it was one of the worst nights I've ever spent in any hotel. The queen bed mattress wasn't even comfortable. I tried the chair instead and it was equally uncomfortable. My Apple Watch confirmed I barely slept that night. It was not the night of rest we paid for and very much needed. In the morning, when I complained to the manager, he responded "Well, you booked through a third party site. If you had gone to our site directly you would have had the option to pick a room on the other side of the hotel." Wrong answer all around. We shouldn't be penalized for using a third party site if it offered a better price. And it's simply outrageous for any hotel to offer rooms adjacent to any kind of train tracks and not make that abundantly clear on ALL site at the time of booking. Only after a great deal of back and forth did he grant us a partial refund. Never again."

"I did not like that. My breakfast wasn’t included in my package. I had to pay $25 for each. The dinner was excellent. The staff great the breakfast staff was rude I don’t like that. The pool is closed at eight and it opens up at 10. I think it should be from 10 to 10."
