"Our favorite quint boutique hotel!!! The staff is so incredibly friendly and the breakfast is fantastic!"

"I called the night before my arrival and was told that I would have to walk from the bus station to the hotel. It was not easy as uphill and I had two bags. When i arrived ( rather hot amd bothered), the receptionists said I should have called them to pick me up! Once checked in, I called reception three times and room service (there is no mini bar) and no k e picked up. I was told the phone system was not working (although they did get it operating). Electric sockets in hotel were not...

"The check-in was awkward & lengthy as the front desk is unattended. If I had booked directly, I believe it would have been more straightforward. The room was very clean & the breakfast buffet was much better than expected."

"- Perfect location, within one minute of walking of the train station, bus station, super market, and a range of restaurants. - Beautifully renovated rooms, great shower - Public area with a spacious kitchen and dining room, and a large balcony - Great breakfast buffet"

"Lovely location and good chalet. Just needs a bit of focus -dishwasher doesn’t work as jets completely chalked up. No towels or bedding in one of the bedrooms on arrival, although did fiz this quickly the next day after it was reported. Excruciating when the whole evening when you’re sat in the living area, the floor above scrape chairs across the floor making your ceiling shudder. Perhaps a bit of felt under the chairs legs?"
