"I had a really great stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable right away. The customer service was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast—there were so many options to choose from, and everything I tried was really, really good. I also appreciated the complimentary water bottles, which was a nice added touch. For the price, this hotel was absolutely worth it. It was very reasonable and exceeded my expectations. Overall, I loved my stay and would definitely come back again!"

"We have come here for three straight years. The facilities are always great but the staff are what make it very good. This year we can to an ever better version, they redid the lobby and exterior and it looked great!"

"This Hotel was the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Outside smelled like a dead animal, inside the room was filthy, like it had never been properly clean, items falling off the wall, not level or rusted, you could only take a shower, there were stains, cigarette burns etc on the sheets, bath mat, towels and dirt, trash and small toys under the bed. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was completely covered in dust. There was a roach in the room, and it had a dirty smell. The counter sink was cracked, and glued or something. I would have complained but based on observations, it wouldn’t have made a difference. This hotel is a flop hotel. You couldn’t pay me enough to stay there again. I would have looked for another hotel but it being Easter weekend, plus the plans we already had, along with us needing to be in that area and a pet friendly hotel, it wasn’t an option. Please email me if you’d like to see some pictures, I have plenty! This was the biggest let down of a hotel and I don’t see how it passed any inspections! "

"Only spent 1 night in this hotel but what really stood out is how clean it was and how friendly all the staff were. The location was near the Brandon Exchange too so it was convenient when I needed to have my phone screen fixed. Things to consider would be that breakfast ends at 9:30am. For someone who comes from Asia/South Florida that is way too early LOL The pillows were comfortable but my preference would be not that thick. Other travelers love it so that’s another pointer. Overall, it was a great place to stay! :)"
