「We had a good experience from checkin to departure. The staff were friendly and very helpful but didn't hover over us. Our spacious room, the restaurant and the facilities in general are well maintained, pleasantly decorated and clean. Hot water for a shower was plentiful. "It was a very comfortable stay in Kathmandu for 4 nights. Except for the slight delay of the the airport transfer from the Kathmandu Airport to the hotel upon our arrival, everything else was perfect. The room was spacious and clean, and there were a lot of options in the breakfast buffet. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They constantly asked for feedback to ensure that all our needs were met. We also had the Signature Spa treatment at the hotel and it was worth every penny! Will be definitely staying again in the future!"
